We are excited to announce that we have invested in Complete Technology Group (CTG), specialists in digital infrastructure solutions for Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs). This partnership marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for both companies as we work together to meet the UK’s growing connectivity needs.
CTG is highly regarded for its innovative approach, working closely with landlords and telecommunications providers to solve the challenge of delivering safe, reliable digital connectivity for tenants in MDUs. Through its group company, Complete Fibre (CF), they deliver digital connectivity to these complex and challenging environments (MDUs), ensuring safe future-proof installations and helping to create a fair, independent access model. This work has already established trusted relationships with leading housing associations, local authorities, and telecoms providers.
NPS has collaborated with CTG for several years, bringing its fibre build expertise to support CTG’s mission of connecting MDUs. With this investment, the companies will remain fully independent but strengthen their alignment. The closer relationship will allow NPS to support CTG in scaling its services, while enabling both businesses to respond to the increasing demand for robust, compliant fibre infrastructure in MDU’s.
Together, CTG and NPS are committed to building safe, future-ready networks that deliver digital inclusion for every community.
Joe Dickenson, co-owner of NPS, expressed his enthusiasm for the strategic partnership, stating:
“We are delighted to bring these two companies closer together. We strongly believe in the combined power of NPS and CTG to transform the connectivity landscape for MDUs.”
Andy wells founder and CEO of CTG stated: “This is an exciting moment for both companies. While we will remain fully independent, this investment strengthens our ability to scale with growing demand, while staying true to our core values, safety, compliance, and building single multi-fibre networks that provide fair, independent access for all providers. Together, we’re driving safe digital inclusion for every community.”
